Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine ingredients thoroughly, cover and refrigerate overnight.Overnight oats can be eaten cold or warmed in the microwave for30-60 seconds, stirring 2-3 times. Top with banana slices, raisins, and maple syrup or honey to taste.
