Feels like a treat, but it’s secretly so simple – 3 easy ingredients. Sweet, crunchy, a little fruity, and so satisfying. Takes minutes to make and is so nourishing.

Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Peanut Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups Georgia Peanuts
- 1 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (plus more if needed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º
- Spread peanuts out on a small baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top, evenly and in a single layer.
- Place in the oven just until the chocolate is melted, about 2-3 minutes
- Remove and using a spatula, smooth the melted chocolate out over the peanuts, trying to spread even just a little bit to every peanut. Immediately sprinkle freeze-dried strawberries on top all over the chocolate. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
- Remove and break into pieces. Store in the pantry and enjoy!
