Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients thoroughly, cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Overnight oats can be eaten cold or warmed in the microwave for
    30-60 seconds, stirring 2-3 times. Top with banana slices, raisins, and maple syrup or honey to taste.
