Jeff Adkinson is part owner of JDA Farms in Damascus, Georgia. This partnership is between himself, his wife, daughter, and son-in-law. They grow peanuts, cotton, corn, and wheat. He has been farming for 40 years.
Being able to start with a blank canvas and nurture a crop and land until it produces a commendable harvest is Jeff’s favorite part of farming.
When he’s not farming, Jeff enjoys drag racing as a hobby. He got his start by following in the footsteps of his father, who also raced. When Jeff’s daughter was old enough, she also followed suit and began racing, too.
