Jan Jones is a fifth-generation farmer from Climax, Georgia. She has been farming since 2013 and tends to a multi-crop operation of cotton, corn, peanuts, and cattle. After college, Jan began a career in teaching but began to feel the pull of the family farm almost immediately after taking the position and after a year she was back in Decatur county working alongside her father. She enjoys long rewarding days on the farm and getting to be outside all day.
