Peanut Butter Smoothie Cubes
Ingredients
The Strawberry Elvis
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup 0% plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
The Green Machine
- 2 cups packed spinach
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup sliced peaches
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
The Caffine Fix
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients for smoothie in the blender; blend until smooth and creamy. Smoothie can be enjoyed immediately or made into smoothie cubes by pouring prepared smoothie into ice cube trays and freezing.
- Once frozen, transfer smoothie to quart sized baggies and store in freezer.
- When ready to drink, place prepared smoothie cubes in blender and blend with 1 cup of your favorite milk, coconut water or even a splash of 100% fruit juice, add more or less liquid to reach desired consistency.
