Homemade Peanut Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw peanuts
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Soak raw peanuts in filtered water (enough to cover them) and refrigerate overnight or for 6-8 hours.
  • Drain peanuts and rinse.
  • Combine peanuts with 3 cups filtered water, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy cold.
