Homemade Peanut Milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 3 cups filtered water
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Soak raw peanuts in filtered water (enough to cover them) and refrigerate overnight or for 6-8 hours.
- Drain peanuts and rinse.
- Combine peanuts with 3 cups filtered water, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy cold.
