Whip cottage cheese for 3-4 minutes until lumps are smoother.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
Add cottage cheese and peanut butter to heavy cream mixture and whip againuntil combined for 1 more minute.
Add chopped chocolate and peanuts to top of pie and freeze for 2 hours.Take out 15 minutes before ready to serve.
Before serving, sprinkle a pinch ofcrunchy Maldon salt on top and enjoy!
