- 2 lbs. Chicken (about 12 wings)
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cups Very Finely Chopped Salted Cocktail Peanuts
- 1 1/2 tsp Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
Rinse chicken wings; pat dry.
Combine peanut butter, egg and milk; mix until smooth.
Combine chopped peanuts and oregano.
Dip chicken wings into peanut butter mixture, coating evenly.
Then dip into chopped peanuts.
Place chicken in a greased shallow baking pan.
Bake in a 375°F oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven; season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm or chilled.
