Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Chicken (about 12 wings)
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Very Finely Chopped Salted Cocktail Peanuts
  • 1 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Rinse chicken wings; pat dry.
  • Combine peanut butter, egg and milk; mix until smooth.
  • Combine chopped peanuts and oregano.
  • Dip chicken wings into peanut butter mixture, coating evenly.
  • Then dip into chopped peanuts.
  • Place chicken in a greased shallow baking pan.
  • Bake in a 375°F oven for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from oven; season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve warm or chilled.
