Vegetable Salad with Peanut Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cups carrots, finely chopped
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Arrange in serving bowls the lettuce leaves, chopped cabbage and carrots.
  • Blend peanut butter with honey, stir in vinegar and toss over the salad.
