Vegetable Salad with Peanut Butter

- 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 cups carrots, finely chopped
- Lettuce Leaves
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp vinegar
Arrange in serving bowls the lettuce leaves, chopped cabbage and carrots.
Blend peanut butter with honey, stir in vinegar and toss over the salad.
