For Potatoes

For Mixture

creamy peanut butter

ranch dressing

stone ground dijon mustard

boiled eggs

celery, diced
Instructions
For Potatoes
Saute in iron skillet in peanut oil until potatoes are done.
For Mixture
Toss mixture and potatoes together, then stir in boiled eggs and celery. Garnish with shredded cheese and chopped peanuts before serving.
