PB Breakfast Wrap
- 2 8 inch sandwich wraps
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 bacon slices
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- cooking spray
Spread 2 TBSP of peanut butter on one side of each wrap.Sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of each wrap on the peanut butter side. In a small greased skillet, scramble the eggs. Spread scrambled eggs on top of the cheese on the wrap and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the eggs. Top with 2 bacon slices. Roll up the wraps and put in a larger greased skillet and brown on both sides. Slice in half and serve.
