fresh blueberries

1% low-fat milk

fat-free vanilla yogurt

Instructions
In a blender, place blueberries, peanut butter and milk. Cover and blend at high speed for 30 seconds. Add frozen yogurt and ice; continue to blend for 30seconds or until smooth. Pour in three 8oz glasses and serve.
