saute all ingredients together lightly salt and pepper
Georgia peanut sauce
1cupcrunchy peanut butter
1/2cupwhole grain mustard or creole mustard
1/2cuphoisin sauce or smokey BBQ sauce
mix all the ingredients together set aside
Bacon
1lbof sliced bacon
Cook bacon between two sheets of parchment and two sheet pans that way your baking will be crispy and flat
Eggs

For every two eggs add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream this will ensure your eggs will be light and fluffy

slightly warm your tortilla
add Georgia peanut sauce
add your hash (not too much)
2 strips bacon as many strips (3 should be the max)
add your light and fluffy eggs
fold and wrap
