Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp. Sesame Paste
  • 1 tsp Dry Mint
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 kg Silver Beet

Instructions
 

  • Remove the green leaves from the beet and take the roots.
  • Chop and cook them in salted water then cool and arrange on a serving plate.
  • Meanwhile crush the garlic and mix it with the lemon juice and stir in the peanut butter and sesame paste.
  • Toss on the beet and sprinkle dry mint.
  • Garnish with garlic cloves.
