- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp. Sesame Paste
- 1 tsp Dry Mint
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 kg Silver Beet
Remove the green leaves from the beet and take the roots.
Chop and cook them in salted water then cool and arrange on a serving plate.
Meanwhile crush the garlic and mix it with the lemon juice and stir in the peanut butter and sesame paste.
Toss on the beet and sprinkle dry mint.
Garnish with garlic cloves.
