Spaghetti Ingredients:
- 100 g. Spaghetti cooked
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 3 Cucumbers sliced lengthwise
- 3 Green Onions
- 1 Small can Tuna Fish
Peanut Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 3 tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 tsp Hot Pepper
- 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
Arrange the cooked spaghetti on a serving plate.
Stir in the tuna.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the peanut butter, season oil, crushed garlic vinegar, hot pepper, soy sauce and sugar.
Pour this sauce in the center of the spaghetti.
Garnish with green onion, cucumber and sliced carrots.
