Ingredients
  

Spaghetti Ingredients:

  • 100 g. Spaghetti cooked
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 3 Cucumbers sliced lengthwise
  • 3 Green Onions
  • 1 Small can Tuna Fish

Peanut Butter Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 3 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Hot Pepper
  • 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the cooked spaghetti on a serving plate.
  • Stir in the tuna.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing the peanut butter, season oil, crushed garlic vinegar, hot pepper, soy sauce and sugar.
  • Pour this sauce in the center of the spaghetti.
  • Garnish with green onion, cucumber and sliced carrots.
