Ingredients
  

  • 500 g. Spinach
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Medium Sized Green Pepper chopped
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion cut in rings
  • 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil then stir in the onion then the green pepper.
  • Add the Spinach and tomato and cover and cook on low heat until the Spinach is well done.
  • Finally stir in the peanut butter ,salt and pepper.
