- 500 g. Spinach
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 1 Medium Sized Green Pepper chopped
- 1 Medium Sized Onion cut in rings
- 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
Heat the oil then stir in the onion then the green pepper.
Add the Spinach and tomato and cover and cook on low heat until the Spinach is well done.
Finally stir in the peanut butter ,salt and pepper.
