- 1 can deviIed ham
- 1/4 cup minced celery
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 24 large mushroom caps
In a bowl, mix ham, celery, peanut butter and cheese. Use mixture to stuff mushrooms.
Broil or bake at 400°F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot.
