- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 oz seasoned coating mix
- 3/4 cup finely chopped peanuts
Moisten chicken with water. In a bowl stir together coating mix and peanuts. Press chicken pieces into mixture until well coated on all sides.
Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 400° F. oven for 50 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve warm or cold.
