- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- orange rind
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 3/4 cup organge juice
Beat the peanut butter, sugar, and orange rind for 5 minutes. Then gradually add orange juice. Sift all dry ingredients and stir into mixture. Mix until well blended. Add walnuts and stir.
Add to a greased oven pan and bake at 350 until well done, about 30 minutes,
