Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp sesame paste
  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • olive oil
  • parsley for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Soak the chickpeas in water overnight, drain.
  • Place chickpeas in a pot, cover with water, and cook until tender. Drain.
  • Mix the peanut butter with the sesame paste and stir in the cooked chickpeas, crushed garlic, salt and lemon juice.
  • Put on a serving plate and garnish with paprika, parsley and olive oil.
