- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp sesame paste
- 2 cups chickpeas
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- olive oil
- parsley for garnishing
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight, drain.
Place chickpeas in a pot, cover with water, and cook until tender. Drain.
Mix the peanut butter with the sesame paste and stir in the cooked chickpeas, crushed garlic, salt and lemon juice.
Put on a serving plate and garnish with paprika, parsley and olive oil.
