Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • orange rind
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp all spice
  • 1/2 cup ground walnuts
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 3/4 cup organge juice

Instructions
 

  • Beat the peanut butter, sugar, and orange rind for 5 minutes. Then gradually add orange juice. Sift all dry ingredients and stir into mixture. Mix until well blended. Add walnuts and stir.
  • Add to a greased oven pan and bake at 350 until well done, about 30 minutes,
