Peanut and Ham Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 can deviIed ham
  • 1/4 cup minced celery
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 24 large mushroom caps


  • In a bowl, mix ham, celery, peanut butter and cheese. Use mixture to stuff mushrooms.
  • Broil or bake at 400°F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot.
