Georgian Peanut Butter Burgers

  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • seasoning of choice
  • baby pickles for garnish


  • Blend the peanut butter with the sour cream and egg. Add the ground meat and seasonings.
  • Form this mixture into 2 flattened circular pieces then broil them until cooked to desired temperature.
  • Place patties on bun along with onion. Garnsih with pickle.
  • Mix cabbage with mayonnaise. Serve on the side.
