- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 hamburger buns
- seasoning of choice
- baby pickles for garnish
- Blend the peanut butter with the sour cream and egg. Add the ground meat and seasonings.
- Form this mixture into 2 flattened circular pieces then broil them until cooked to desired temperature.
- Place patties on bun along with onion. Garnsih with pickle.
- Mix cabbage with mayonnaise. Serve on the side.
