- 5 bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp butter
- Cut the bananas lengthwise. Fry in butter until golden and then arrange in an oven dish.
- Mix the remaining ingredients then pour over the bananas
- Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
