Bananas in Georgian Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 5 bananas
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bananas lengthwise. Fry in butter until golden and then arrange in an oven dish.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients then pour over the bananas
  • Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
